Take the Risk to Do the Opposite
Take a risk today, even if it’s a tiny one. You can do it. The risk
to do the opposite of what OCD tells us is called “recovery.” Yes,
it can come with short-term discomfort. But you can handle it.
Some short-term discomfort right now is worth the lasting longterm

If OCD moves you to think you have to go back in your car to
